Open Record Request filed against Meals on Wheels

On November 24, the Western Observer filed an open record request for all financials including credit card statements, receipts, bank statements, petty cash receipts, grants, and receipts for said grants after concerns of financial issues were expressed.

As of December 3rd Meals on Wheels Director Rick Young had stated he had hired a lawyer, Chad Cowan, to represent him and the agency for said request.

Mr. Cowan has requested an additional week to fulfill the request which the Western Observer has agreed to.
