Larry Villanueva

Hilario "Larry" Villanueva, age 56 passed from this life on Sunday, March 13, 2022. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, from 5pm to 7pm at North's Funeral Home, 242 Orange St., Abilene. Graveside services will be at 1pm Thursday at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Anson with Judge Brooks Hagler officiating.

He was born on February 18, 1966, in Hamlin, Texas to Julio and Angelita Villanueva. Larry was a very passionate man who knew what he wanted out of life and always let others know it. He enjoyed wood working, fishing, gardening, and music, but his grand kids were his joy. Larry loved sports and coached his children and grandchildren in whatever they were playing. He enjoyed joking with and playfully teasing his children and grandchildren.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Julio Villanueva and father-in-law, Phil Rasor

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Villanueva; mother, Angelita Villanueva; mother-in-law, Clyda Rasor; children, A.J. Villanueva and wife Trista, Jessica Bond and husband Douglas and Matt Villanueva and wife Meagan; siblings, Sandy Villanueva, Ricky Villanueva, Eddie Villanueva, and Julio Villanueva; grandchildren, Jake, Londyn, Dylynn, Jordyn, Kynlee, Kason, Kyler, Kameron as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and his Pup-Pup, Ruby.
