RAUL “RUDY” RAMOS, 65, died Friday, July 15, 2022, at Hendrick Hospice Care Center in Abilene. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2022, at Saint Michael’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Hamlin Memorial Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home.

Born November 28, 1956 in Fronton, Rudy was a son of the late Francisco and Manuel (Riojas) Ramos, Jr. He graduated from Anson High School and was a member of Saint Michael’s Catholic Church. Rudy married Nora in 1975. He worked for Boyd Lumber from 1970 until 1991 and later worked for Lawrence-Hall Chevorlet until retiring in 1998. Rudy loved playing softball and playing the drums.

Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters (Felicia Ramos and Raquel Ramos) and two brothers (Baldemar Ramos and Joe Louis Ramos).

Survivors include his wife, Nora Ramos; two daughters, Rachael Kline (and husband, Michael) and Michelle Rodriquez (and husband, Marcellio); grandchildren, Alicia, Mosaic, Chloe and Shelby; great-granddaughter, Danielle Jenkins, one sister, Monica Moreno (and husband, Paul); nine brothers, Roy Ramos (and wife, Geneva), Robert Ramos (and wife, Tina), Larry Ramos (and wife, Christina), Lupe Ramos, Jesse Ramos (and wife, Anita), Martin Ramos (and wife, Susie), Jimmy Ramos (and wife, Dalia), Johnny Ramos and Chris Ramos (and wife, Jessica).
