Defendant, Greeting:

You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Applicant’s Petition for Appointment of Receiver for Certain Mineral Interest, at or before ten o’clock A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of issuance of this citation; same being Monday, October 18, 2021, before the District Clerk of Jones County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Anson, Texas. You may employ an attorney. Your answer must be filed at the office of the 259th District Clerk of Jones County, Texas, at the Courthouse in Jones County in Anson, Texas.

A Petition for Appointment of Receiver for Certain Mineral Interest, was filed in said court, on the 30th day of August, 2021, in this cause, numbered 025306 on the docket of said court, and styled TXO Exploration, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, v. Michael Shawn Wade.

The names of the parties to the cause are as follows:

TXO Exploration, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, Plaintiff,

and

Micael Shawn Wade, and his unknown heirs, if deceased, Defendant.
